About this event
Najwa Karam brings her Shams El-Ghinnieh show to Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai on Friday 2 October 2026, backed by an orchestra under maestro Walid Fayed. Four decades of Lebanese song sit behind the setlist, and the evening leans on the records the audience already knows by heart — Yelaan Elboaad, Hayda Haki, Khallini Shoufak, Maloun Abu Eleshq — carried by the voice that earned her the title Shams El-Ghinnieh, the sun of song.
The arena is set end-stage for this concert, which shapes what each Najwa Karam ticket buys you. The floor runs straight out from the stage in three blocks, A, B and C: the Royal 1st and 2nd rows sit right at the stage edge, VIP 1 fills the middle of block B just behind them, VIP 2 takes the same depth in blocks A and C, and Diamond covers the wide back half of all three. Platinum blocks D, E and F continue further back on the floor, still facing the stage square-on. Around the bowl, Gold rings the lower tier at floor level with Silver directly above it, and Bronze sits in the sections that face the stage from the far end of the arena, where the view is longer but the whole production is in frame. The upper 400 level is closed for this show, so every seating category on sale looks at the stage from the lower half of the bowl.

Frequently asked questions

Coca-Cola Arena, Dubai
Coca-Cola Arena opened in June 2019 at City Walk in the heart of Dubai and seats up to 17,000 guests — the first fully air-conditioned indoor arena of its size in the Middle East.
- Address
- Coca-Cola Arena, City Walk, Al Wasl, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Getting there
- Coca-Cola Arena sits in City Walk, a few minutes' walk from Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa metro station on the Red Line. RTA taxis and ride-hailing serve the whole district, and the airport is about 25 minutes away by car. Driving in, the arena is reached from Sheikh Zayed Road: exit 47 towards Al Hadiqa Street coming from Abu Dhabi, exit 49 towards Jumeirah coming from Sharjah.
- Parking
- Paid on-site parking is available in car parks P2 and P4, subject to capacity, with cashless payment through PARKONIC. There is no valet service, but a drop-off zone sits directly in front of the main entrances. Public parking at City Walk and RTA facilities is a four to six minute walk away. Accessible bays for People of Determination are provided in every car park.
- Accessibility
- Wheelchair spaces are provided on levels 1 and 4 and are booked through the arena box office; a companion is seated alongside. Guests holding a Sanad card who prefer to attend without a companion can sign a Companion Waiver Form. Accessible parking bays are available in all car parks and staff will help guests from the car park to their seats. Accessible toilets, lifts, escalators, prayer rooms and a parenting room are spread across the levels. A silent room near Door 4 operates during family and children's shows, and the ground-floor medical room can be used as a quiet space; sensory packs are not currently offered. Only certified guide dogs assisting visually impaired guests are admitted.
- Bags and what you can bring
- Bags are limited to 30 x 30 x 15 cm for seated tickets, and to a 15 x 20 cm sling bag in the general admission standing floor. Backpacks of any size are refused whatever the ticket. Professional cameras, detachable or telephoto lenses and any lens extending more than 5 cm from the body are not allowed, and flash photography is not permitted. Outside food from restaurants or fast food outlets, cans and bottles of any kind, and outside alcohol are all refused. Prohibited items can be left in the storage cabin for AED 10 per item and must be collected within 45 minutes after the show.
- Entry and age
- Everyone needs their own valid ticket, including babies and children. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and under-16s are not admitted to the general admission standing floor. On the minimum age of that adult the venue's own pages disagree: its Conditions of Entry say 21 or over, while the FAQ and individual event pages say 18 or over, so plan for an adult aged 21 or over if you can and check with the venue if that is not possible. Photo ID — driving licence, passport or Emirates ID — must be shown if staff ask for it.
