Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when you can get a refund for tickets bought on TIXVERO. Tickets are for a specific date, so special rules apply.
Reviewed:
1. General rule
Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once an order is confirmed, except as set out below or where required by law. Change of plans, illness, travel problems or not attending the event are not grounds for a refund.
2. Cancelled events
If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid, including the service fee.
3. Postponed or moved events
If the event is postponed or moved to another date or venue, your tickets remain valid for the new date and are not refunded. If the organiser makes refunds available for the original tickets, we pass that refund on to you on the same terms. Contact us and we will tell you whether this applies to your order.
4. Line-up and programme changes
Changes to the line-up, fight card (including the main event), performers, running order or start times are made by the organiser and are not grounds for a refund.
5. Buyer Guarantee
If a problem with your tickets is covered by our Buyer Guarantee — for example, they do not arrive in time or are not valid for entry through no fault of yours — we provide replacement tickets or a refund as described in that policy.
6. How to request a refund
Contact our support team with your order number and the email address used for the order. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method in the currency you were charged, usually within 5–10 business days. Differences caused by exchange rates or by your bank's fees are not refunded.
