Tube: Fulham Broadway (District line, Zone 2) is the nearest station, about a five-minute walk; when changing at Earl's Court, take a Wimbledon-bound train. Overground: West Brompton and Imperial Wharf are each about a 15-minute walk; after the match use Imperial Wharf, as West Brompton is usually not served then. Bus: routes 14, 211 and 414 stop at two stops on Fulham Road outside the stadium. River: the nearest pier is Chelsea Harbour. Driving is not recommended: resident parking restrictions apply all week, and Fulham Road between Harwood Road and Hortensia Road closes about 1.5 hours before kick-off, normally reopening about an hour after the match.
There is no car park for supporters, and street parking nearby is very limited and largely reserved for residents, so public transport is recommended. A bike shed is located at Stamford Gate.

Only bags no larger than A4 (30 × 20 × 10 cm) are allowed, and all bags are searched; the club recommends not bringing a bag at all. There is no bag storage at the stadium. Turnstiles open 2 hours before kick-off (90 minutes for midweek matches), per Chelsea's 2025/26 visiting-supporter advice; supporters are asked to be seated 30 minutes before kick-off. Entry involves a ticket check, a body and bag search and an electronic ticket scan. Under-16s must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over. There is no re-admission once you leave. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the ground. Specific arrangements for Shakhtar matches are published with the tickets.
